The Boulder City/Hoover Dam Museum is located on the first floor of the Boulder Dam Hotel and is the perfect accompaniment to any tour of Hoover Dam. The Museum's three-dimensional, interactive displays and exhibits describe the great social and economic forces that drove thousands of unemployed citizens from their homes into the isolation of the Nevada desert. Hotel guests receive a free pass to this fine museum.

Considered one of the Modern Wonders of Civil Engineering, the Hoover Dam stands as a profound testimony to the thousands of men and their families who braved the Southern Nevada desert to finish the project under budget and ahead of schedule. Over one million people tour the Hoover Dam each year. Tours are available daily from 9:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
